About Dr. John Berardi
For the last 3 years, Dr. Berardi has been the director of the world’s largest body transformation project. This one-of-a-kind fat loss coaching program has produced over 120,000 pounds of fat loss.
Dr. Berardi has also coached hundreds of elite amateur and professional athletes. In the last two Winter Olympics alone, his athletes collected over 25 medals, 12 of them gold. He also serves as a high performance consultant for Nike.
In addition to the athletes and recreational exercisers he coaches, Dr. Berardi recently created a mentorship program for fitness, strength, and nutrition professionals. This “train the trainers” program has become widely regarded as the industry’s top nutrition mentorship.

About Dr. Krista Scott-Dixon
A former university researcher and teacher in the field of gender, work, and public health, Dr. Scott-Dixon now serves as the research director for the Healthy Food Bank foundation and the editor-in-chief of Spezzatino magazine – the food magazine that really feeds people.
Dr. Scott-Dixon has coached three cohorts of Precision Nutrition’s Lean Eating coaching program, and now designs and develops both the men’s and women’s body transformation programs.
Passionate about women’s fitness since her own body transformation in the mid-1990s, Dr. Scott-Dixon has run the extremely popular women’s weight training and nutrition site – www.stumptuous.com – since 1997.

Nate Green is the author of Built for Show and The Hero Handbook and has been featured in the LA Times, Men’s Health, and Men’s Fitness.
