Annual Team Gathering
We’ve got an exciting journey ahead of us…
Since the beginning, Precision Nutrition has attracted ambitious professionals seeking to level up their game and work with the best. Many of us joined after reaching the top ranks in our previous workplaces, whether we taught at universities, ran our own companies, or worked in the public sector. Simply put, we wanted more. More freedom, more mentorship; more personal and professional growth. But most importantly, we wanted to work on something we truly believed in: Helping people live their healthiest, happiest life.

Is a career with Precision Nutrition right for you?
Precision Nutrition is the world leader in fitness nutrition coaching and education. We didn’t get this way by accident. We’re this way because of our team and the values we all hold. Here’s what we ask all of our team members to do.
Take care of yourself.
We need you to be at your best, fully energized and ready to go. That means you take care of yourself: eat properly, get enough exercise, get enough rest and recovery, look to develop as a human being in other aspects of your life, etc. We don’t celebrate workaholism or burnout. Know your limits, take time off and ask for help with prioritization and workload as you need it.
Consider how your words and actions will be received by others. Treat others as you would wish to be treated. To be clear: We have a zero-tolerance approach to unacceptable conduct and harassment of any kind.
Energize your role.
Own and be responsible for the work you do, and try to do the best job of it that you can. While you’ll be given direction, priorities, and support in your role, YOU decide how the work gets done. As Bill Withers sang, “Whatever you do, do it good.”
Be “all in”.
This is important work that will require your full and committed effort. Make sure you have enough time, energy, and attention to bring your “best self” to this work.
Ask questions, think critically, and be curious.
Look at problems from all sides, explore ideas fully, investigate problems, and seek innovation and constant improvement.
View honest, direct feedback as a gift you can use to get better. Don’t get too attached to your ideas or offended when they’re challenged; look at debate and discussion as energizing and growth-promoting. Trust that your colleagues have your back, and that they’re looking to help you be awesome.
Have a growth mindset.
Seek to upgrade your skills and pursue ongoing development. We do not reward perfectionism here; instead, we value openness, learning, and consistent, steady improvement. Ask for help as you need it. (After all, this is a coaching company.)
Never resist an impulse to be kind. Look to help, serve, and give to others; to improve someone’s experience and give them the benefit of the doubt.
You are here to serve a larger purpose, to help others, and to help the organization do good work. We are all pushing the boulder together. Seek to participate, engage fully, contribute, and collaborate with your team. Nothing worth doing can be done alone.
Communicate maturely and effectively.
Be clear, courteous, and professional in your spoken and written interactions. Offer direct, honest feedback and input without being offensive or critical. Be transparent and open with decision-making.
If you see or hear something inconsistent with the above, say something. We hold each other accountable for each of these values.
