The Precision Nutrition System is shipped from our US warehouse in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Our sales and customer service departments are open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday.

Shipping Information

We ship orders to the US and Canada via UPS. We ship all other international orders via the US Postal Service. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Any order received by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will ship that day. Orders received after those times, or on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day.

All customers receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is shipped. For orders to the US and Canada, the confirmationa email will also include a tracking number and link to track the package on UPS.com.

Typical Delivery Times

Below are the typical delivery times to various locations. Keep in mind that these are not guarantees (once we ship the product, it's fate is in the hands of UPS and the US Postal Service), but rather guidelines from our experience shipping products around the world using these services since 2001.

United States: 3-5 business days
Canada: 10 - 14 business days
United Kingdom & Ireland: 2-3 weeks
Australia & New Zealand: 2-3 weeks
Other international destinations: 4-6 weeks

Order Tracking

Customers from the US and Canada will be sent a shipping confirmation number via email, along with a link to track the progress of the shipment online at UPS.com. If you have your tracking number, you can track your shipment here.

International shipments sent via US Postal Service are currently not trackable.

If you have lost, deleted or not received your shipping confirmation email, please contact info@precisionnutrition.com with your order information, and we will be happy to assist you.

45-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 45-day money back guarantee. If our products do not meet your expectation, contact us within 45 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price, less any shipping charges.

To return a product, first contact info@precisionnutrition.com for a return authorization. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted, and the purchase will not be refunded. Returns from the US and Canada must be sent using a trackable method (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL). Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse.
