Over 3 years in the making, the PN Certification is the synthesis of everything we’ve learned over the last 15 years of coaching and research in the nutrition field.
The goal? To teach fitness professionals how to use nutrition coaching within their practice — and transform the bodies of their clients in the shortest period of time possible.
We’ve put together an entire course, including video lectures and a 500-page academic textbook (“The Essentials of Sport and Exercise Nutrition”) that we wrote from the ground up, covering everything from molecular biology to advanced nutritional program design.
