Top Body Transformations – Women

Today we’ve got some inspiring pics to show you.

You see, here at Precision Nutrition we’ve become coaching experts, working with everyone from recreational exercisers, to folks suffering from cardiovascular disease and diabetes, to multiple Olympic medalists.  To this end, we’ve developed 2 special coaching programs – Lean Eating Coaching For Men and Lean Eating Coaching For Women.

Notice, we haven’t given out first place, second place, and so on.  And that’s because every single woman who finishes the Lean Eating program is a winner – for getting involved; and for seeing it through to the end.  And, once we got to the end, these ladies accomplished so much that choosing just a few winners seems so silly.   So instead, we decided to highlight 10 of the top transformations.

Pretty impressive – and inspiring – results, if you ask me.  Especially considering this is a lifestyle program.  Not one of those crash diet you skinny, tan you up, manipulate your body water, and then kick back while you struggle – unsuccessfully – to maintain a lean, healthy physique.

Instead, this program teaches you how to whittle your body fat off while building muscle.  And it teaches you how to do it – on your own – for the rest of your life.  That’s the part of the program we’re most proud of.
