The New Member Zone
The other day I received a less than complimentary email. In a nutshell, here’s what it said.
“Whenever I log-on to the Member Zone, I get a little frustrated. Not that it’s messy or unattractive. I just can’t seem to figure out how to use it. I don’t want to sound all grumpy – because I’m not, I just really wish there was a better way.”
Well, little did this emailer know, within 24 hours of his message being sent, we had plans for a radical revision of the Member Zone. These changes were put in place to help PN Members get the most out of the site. Here’s the idea:
- We’ve included a more intuitive design making the Member Zone much easier to navigate.
- We’ve included the most important links in the dashboard (next to “the strawberry”).
- We’ve seriously streamlined the categories and sub-forums
- And we’ve added a Welcome Tour to show you how to get the most out of the site.
