I LOVED the Fireside with JB today!!

In the LE program the lesson today was an interview with JB answering 7 questions that the interviewer felt most clients asked or needed help with. I was absolutely thrilled with the answers that JB gave. There were keys things I could improve and begin working on that I really feel would help me get off the weight (that I am positive I will lose this year), and then KEEP IT OFF!! My favorites were "setting your minimum", "obtaining an identity" and the suggestion of keeping a Time Journal. Brilliant! Anyone else totally inspired by this fireside posted today??

I was absolutely- it was so good I took notes! There were many "Aha!" moments throughout. I loved how JB identified "getting lean" and "staying lean" as completely separate issues, each with unique challenges. The concept of "setting your minimum" put a completely new perspective on how I've been tripping myself up.

Yes! My thoughts exactly. I grabbed the nearest note pad and scribbled down expert advice that I think will be crucial to keeping off the weight this time. (And forever....)

One of the most common questions we get from Precision Nutrition readers is whether we can help them personally. The answer is usually no, and has been for some time. And the reason is simply that there are more people that need help than there are qualified coaches to help them.

But every now and again, we open up a few spots in our coaching programs, and we're now accepting people on the waiting list for our group coaching programs: Lean Eating for Men, and Lean Eating for Women.
