Women's Finalists

A great feature of our Lean Eating Coaching Programs is the body transformation contest we run for men and women: every 6 months, we give $75,000 in prize money away for the best body transformations in the program.

Well, we just finished one of those contests - click here to get involved in the next round, starting in a few weeks - and now we need your help choosing the winners.

Thereís $25,000 on the line for the top male body transformation and $25,000 for the top female body transformation. Plus, 2 male and 2 female runners up win $2,500 each. And we put up another $15,000 in special surprise rewards along the way.

Over the last week or so, the coaches and I have spent countless hours poring over physique photos, weight loss numbers, body composition data and participation records in order to choose a handful of finalists.

We've had a helluva time narrowing it down. Dozens upon dozens of folks have changed their bodies, and their lives, in spectacular ways. I canít be more sincere when I say that the changes I saw in the men and women of this last cohort (both the physical and the mental/emotional) are among the most amazing Iíve seen in my entire career.

So at this point, Iím reaching out to all our PN readers. I need your help in determining the one man and one woman most worthy of the two $25,000 grand prizes.

Our Female $25,000 Finalists

These women came in all shapes and sizes, from all parts of the globe, and from all walks of life. Check out what they were able to accomplish in just 12 months of eating and exercising properly.

And remember, with Lean Eating coaching, there are no crash diets, no Biggest Loser-type bootcamps, no full-time chefs, no full-time personal trainers.

These are real women adding fitness into their lives one step at a time, building on each day's successes, and learning how to maintain what they've accomplished for life.

How To Vote

When casting your vote, it's important to remember that we're not rewarding the best bodies per se. We're rewarding the best transformations. Indeed, in the Lean Eating program we don't expect folks to start off looking like fitness models. Heck, we don't even expect folks to end up looking like fitness models.

Rather, we're simply looking for winners who've made the most dramatic changes in their own bodies, starting wherever they were at the beginning of the program. (And, as you'll see, folks started all over the place.) Truly, the Lean Eating Coaching Program is for men and women of all shapes and sizes. And your vote should reflect who you think created the most dramatic changes over the course of the last 12 months.

Want to be part of the next Lean Eating Coaching Program, transform your body and maybe even win $75,000?

If you want to get in the best shape of your life and take a shot at the $75,000 in prize money, we strongly recommend you put your name on the presale list below.

Registration for our next group opens to the general public on July 18th. But those motivated enough to put themselves on the presale list get to register on July 17th, 24 hours before everyone else. Plus, youíll receive a big discount at registration.

If you're interested in transforming your body, like these clients have, then put your name on the list below -- because as always, spots are first come, first serve, and when they're gone, they're gone.

Here's how to get on the presale list:

This gets harder every damned year. This is a decision I take SO seriously, and this year the choice is particularly tough. These are a bunch of outstandingly exceptional ladies, every last one of them.

Oh what to do, what to do?

i literally cheered out loud as i scrolled down. PHENOMENAL job, all of you. i am absolutely blown away by what i see here.

my transformation was so amazing that MY INK CHANGED. never underestimate the power of LE!

to my cynergista sisters: i truly, honestly, love and adore you all to a million pieces. it was an absolute honor to share this journey with you.

what i expected was just an exercise and nutrition program. what i received went way, way beyond any possible expectation i could come up with. LE digs, and it digs deep, and who and what i am at this very moment is light years away from the person that signed up in my name. i will always be grateful for the experience. it changed me and my life.

mind: still blown. wow. all of you just rule.

Amazing transformations. I'm very impressed by all the hard work you put in to achieve results like that. And I'm sure there are a whole lot of others, with equally impressing results. Congrats to all of you for a great achievement. You are all winners in my eyes.

(and I have to think more before I cast my vote.. very tough decision with several finalists who all deserve the "formal win")

Edit: after much contemplation Finalist #5 got my vote due to the awesome level of leanness (going that low in %-bf is TOUGH) and athletic look.

Amazing transformations! It's so inspiring to see the photos. Well done to everyone. It's going to be very difficult for me to vote.
