So who is buying new Anaconda line at Tmuscle?

After much hype and anticipation, the new "protocol" is out.

Holy Toledo it is expensive. $345 to buy approximately a month's worth. Someone posted that it is basically $16 per workout.

That is nothing compared to the caloric intake: 167gms of protein and 1157 calories.

Alpha GPC (stuff is pretty good), 3 finibars, 3 scoops anaconda, 2 scoops Mag 10.

May get just the Anaconda and Mag10. Interesting part of those products is that they are supposed to create an anabolic response similar to high carb intake without the carbs. So, theoretically, you could use during cutting diet.

Let's get the "biotest is a ripoff" "tmuscle is just out to make money" "supplements are for suckers" comments out of the way. Just said it. Let's move on.

What are the thoughts on that amount of caloric intake, protein intake, etc...

Sound negative but I would rather spend that money on real food and a good gym.

I agree. If you do not have that already, go for that first. What if you already have that?

I don't have that kinda money to blow, but I'd love to know how it works out for you, TL.

Not sure I would do as it does not fit my current plan for next three months. May do just Anaconda by itself. If you look at ingredients it would fit into a cutting type diet. Will look into it more.

I don't see the steroid cycle listed in the "article." I'm betting that would be real helpful information.

Dang! Without that, what is there left to say in a thread about the e-nation?

Seriously, this stuff sounds like a bad idea. Let's assume that its marketing claims are 100% true and that it can mitigate the symptoms of overtraining. Do you really want to disarm your body's alarm system when it is trying to tell you that you are pushing things too far? This cannot turn out well.

Yes this protocol is very pricey escpecially when i have to pay 130 shiping to get it to my location(NZ). I will be cycling its use 4 sure as its costing 670(NZ$) to get it here. I will be looking to use it 1month on 3months off and see how I go. Should help to get in 4 days of training a week in my rugby season.

As a Kiwi friend of mine says, that's a hardout price mate! That's 41.88 per workout. It'd be cheaper to get HRT. I hope you're rich mate.

Nah not rich at all work in the trades doing an apprentiship but hell if it does half off they are sayin it does im sold.
like JB said only way to test it is try it so may aswell give it a nudge. over here it costs around 120 on average for a tub of protein anyways living in America would be so much easier on the pocket buying suppz

And on making home brews i tried that instead of surge last year and home brews never come out the same and are so inconvenient. But yea much cheaper. Surge recovery costs 110.00 over here so with our dollar so good at the moment its much cheaper for me to buy directly from T-nation.

One of the most common questions we get from Precision Nutrition readers is whether we can help them personally. The answer is usually no, and has been for some time. And the reason is simply that there are more people that need help than there are qualified coaches to help them.

But every now and again, we open up a few spots in our coaching programs, and we're now accepting people on the waiting list for our group coaching programs: Lean Eating for Men, and Lean Eating for Women.
