MMA workout questions
Hi guys, just wondering if any of you have done or heard of the jsp rushfit program?

Only 3 words: I LOVE IT!
![]() Nice program. Every single program is build up of 5 rounds of 5 minutes. Different body-weight exercises or exercises you can do with 15-20lbs DBs. I really enjoy it :-) |

How many dumbells do you need? what kg? Do you watch the dvd while doing the workout? What do you do after the 8 week repeat the program on the next level

You only need 2 dumbells. I am using max 10kg per DB. And it is f@cking hard!
I am doing it at home and watch the video during the workout. There are 3 different levels you can do the program. Always the same routines, but different in frequency and so on. Every workout lasts max 45 min including the warm-up and cool down. Personally I am doing Taekwondo and use this program to improve my conditioning and stay lean and fit year round. But I can highly recommend it! |

4 to 6 and in the advanced level sometimes 2 times per day.

Yes. For sure. But it would be perfect to have also a gym mat. But in general, you can do it with every set of DBs and nearly everywhere!

After the 8 weeks do you have a week or two rest/break before attempting it again at the next level? Also when you do the 8 week program when you do it again do you have to go to the next level or can you increase your weights sizes to make it harder on the beginner level and keep doing it until you can lift heaver weights. And than progress up. How did you do it bro ?

Repeating it with a higher weight is an option, for sure. I am in my first round. After finishing this level I will take 7-10 days of from the program. The I plan to restart it also with higher weights and partly higher frequency.
