Probotics question

Ive been told that the little probotic drink called yakult is expensive crap. And that normal greek yogurt is better & cheaper. what do you think, worth it or stick to normal yogurt

this is somewhat of an ideological question. It all depends on your worldview and how probiotic supplements fit into that ideology. I personally think it is a boatload of crap. Others swear by these things. You should experiment with them and see which clique you fall in with.

If you have good gut health, you can get a fair amount through food and you do not need to take the expensive drink.
