Digestion question
What can help my digestion. I eat clean but it seems that my food takes a long time to digest. When I eat before a work out (regardless of what I eat) my food keeps coming up. I need to eat almost 3 hours before I train to eliminate the feeling of my food coming up.

Well, you could try fasted workouts...
Or, do you take probiotics and digestive enzymes? That could help. Does it matter WHAT you eat? Or how fast you eat? |

Thanks for the reply. I have tried fasted work outs and that works ok.
It doesn't what I eat, everything seems to come up if I don't wait about 3 hours. I have read about digestive enzymes but I have not tried them yet. Trying them is my next step. |

I agree with the fasted workouts. Or, at least wait the 3 hours after eating.
I'm a huge fan of probiotics, digestive enzymes, and even some HCL. Also, some foods digest faster than others. For example, try making the meal before the workout: white fish, veggies, small amount of healthy fats. You may also notice that some foods make you feel bloated. Avoid or limit them. Play around and find out a solution that works best for you.
