This may sound disgusting, but last week I was experimenting with making a chia "tapioca" pudding:

I mixed pureed cauliflower with whole chia seeds and let it sit until the seed softened up and gelled. Then I added protein powder, cocoa powder, maybe a little stevia, and had a tasty compliant snack.

Thanks for mentioning Nuts Online. I'd never heard of them. I've been unable to find raw unsalted pistachios locally for quite some time, and it looks like they have them.

Nuts Online keeps on getting more and more items I want from raw nuts and seeds to spices. If they stocked .30/.30 ammo, I could use them as my sole proprietor of my waiting-for-2012 compound.

One of the most common questions we get from Precision Nutrition readers is whether we can help them personally. The answer is usually no, and has been for some time. And the reason is simply that there are more people that need help than there are qualified coaches to help them.

But every now and again, we open up a few spots in our coaching programs, and we're now accepting people on the waiting list for our group coaching programs: Lean Eating for Men, and Lean Eating for Women.
