weight gain....

To be honest i following get shredded for around 6 weeks with no re-feed days.

I finally "broke" It happened again about 7 days later.

I then resuerd teh cheat to lose brought the book. etc

THNAKYOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR QUICK REPLY.

Im just really scared ive put on loads of BF as like i siad its been self mesured All my jeans still fit but just feel "tighter"

I also weigh 1 KG more but seeing as on get shredded with no refeed carbs are very very low this is to be expected i presume?

Im currentley haveing a "refeed" every 7 days Kcals are along the lines of get shredded i weigh 66kg so that works out x 10 1450 all low carb,

i eat ruffly every 2.5 hours as per P.N./vheat to lose however the macos are more towards low carb days on cheat to lose I.E. 15 cho 45% fat 40 % protein.

Would you be concerned with the weight gain in your experience is it likley to be fat or jusrt water/gylsogen.??

Mnay many thanks Again.

First, there is the "get unshredded diet." Think that was meant to follow up on what to do after you finish GSD.
Second, would think it is normal that after such a tough diet, a rebound is expected. A lot of people "ride" that rebound to add muscle.
Finally, if you are following the GSD macros but refeed every 7 instead of 14 days, it only makes sense that you are not going to lose like you did on GSD and might go up some.
I would jump back on GSD for a few weeks to get back to where you were. Follow that up with Get Unshredded. Find it here: http://www.precisionnutrition.com/ge...nshredded-tips

One of the most common questions we get from Precision Nutrition readers is whether we can help them personally. The answer is usually no, and has been for some time. And the reason is simply that there are more people that need help than there are qualified coaches to help them.

But every now and again, we open up a few spots in our coaching programs, and we're now accepting people on the waiting list for our group coaching programs: Lean Eating for Men, and Lean Eating for Women.
