Participate in An Informal Experiment

Get A New Warm-Up Program

This week, we’re looking for 40 people — doesn’t matter where you live — to participate in our latest Precision Nutrition research project called, “The Perfect Warm-Up.”

Here’s the deal — if you meet our criterion (see below), we’re going to send you a workout program as well as a specific warm-up plan (designed by none other than Eric Cressey).

Then, for the next 2 weeks, you follow the program.  And you report back with your results.  That’s it.

What’s An Informal Experiment?

At this point, I wanted to take a second to explain what I mean when I call this project an “Informal Experiment.”  Basically, our new “Informal Experiment” program allows us to work directly with PN subscribers and clients — just like you — to answer the important questions you’re curious about.  Questions that science has yet to investigate.

Want to know what type of questions we’re asking?  Check out this overview of our IE program here.

Our Last Informal Experiment

So far, our IE program has been a great success.  Just a few weeks back we published the results of our last IE in the Journal of the International Society of sports Nutrition.

In that project, we investigated whether greens supplementation could impact the acid/base status of the body.  And when all the green powder settled we found that greens supplements increase urinary pH, potentially increasing the alkalinity of the body.

And this is big news.  This is the first published study showing a link between greens and alkalinity.  Despite years of manufacturer claims.

If you’re interested in learning more, check out our study results.

How You Can Get Involved

At this point you’re probably itching to get involved – to help us answer some important research questions – and to help us bust some myths.

Well, getting involved is easy.  We now have a new section of the PN web site devoted to our Informal Experiments projects.  In this section you can find info on every single one of our experiments – including our findings from completed experiments and info on how you can participate in upcoming experiments.
