Despite the fact that fitness clubs across the globe are making billions per year selling exercise as a body transforming activity, exercise just isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. In this video, I’ll share with you the results of two, rather embarrassing, exercise studies. 1-2 lb of fat loss in 3 months?! What a joke. Then, I’ll share with you the types of results you should be seeing. 20-30lbs of fat loss in 3 months?! No problem.
