Stew had the unfortunate experience of growing up overweight (overweight being quite an understatement.)  With an abundance of desire and dedication, but an utter lack of knowledge, he cut his calories dramatically and began running every night.

Fifty pounds (and a whole lot of muscle) later, Stew realized something was missing from his “weight loss” formula. It was in the interminable pursuit of resolving this unknown that Stew discovered Precision Nutrition.

Stew’s been designing websites for as long as he can remember. Ironically, the first website he ever “designed” was an ode to Pizza Pockets (this is about 10 years ago, when random websites about Pizza Pockets were acceptable [and oddly expected] on the web.) Like so many other web professionals, he has no “formal training” in web works, rather has learned (and continues to learn) through continuous inquiry.
