Kate Kline
As a former state champion runner, Kate has firsthand experience with achieving high level performance. But when an injury sidelined her running career, Kate shifted her focus to strength training, becoming a strength training and fitness expert along the way.
A graduate of Arizona State University, Kate completed an Interdisciplinary Study, integrating the disciplines of Exercise, Wellness and Psychology. Throughout her studies, Kate became well versed in exercise physiology, nutrition, motivation, and behavior change. She then went on to become a certified strength coach through Charles Poliquin’s PICP a certified fitness trainer through the ISSA.
Following her education, Kate went on to work alongside Precision Nutrition Team Member and Lean Eating Coach Krista Schaus of Defining Edge Fitness, Inc. As a health, performance, and nutritional consultant, Kate has helped inspire her clients to set their goals high and has guided them as they achieved amazing feats.
Kate’s ambition is to inspire people to set their goals high and push themselves beyond self-limiting perceptions. She is a firm believer in the interaction between mind and body and her philosophy is that you must train both to be successful.
